You are evil people!! My arm feels like it's on fire! I'd rip it off if I could ;-)I couldn't get this thing going at first, but when I did the torture began. I can't seem to be able to put the powerball down for more than an hour or so, then I'm back spinning, trying to hit 11,000 rpms still :-( And at the end of every session my arm burns and aches and feels like i've lifted a ton of bricks. This is a brilliant product with a beautifully crafted piece of engineering.
